Q: Can you arrange a pre-event visit to the venue?
A: Yes, if you would like to arrange a visit to the venue in question, we are happy to do this for you - just ask (contact us)
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: When booking an event or paying deposits, West London Action Days accept all major credit cards (over the phone only), PayPal or cheque. Please make cheques payable to ADO Events Ltd.
Q: Are deposits refundable?
A: Unfortunately cancellations at short notice (two weeks prior) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. After two weeks prior to an event we can offer no refund to the customer, however it is most likely that we could perhaps offer you another date for your event.
Q: I am having difficulty finding what I want?
A: Not a problem! Here at West London Action Days we are also happy to tailor make your day to suit your requirements. Give us a call today if your looking for some inspiration.
Q: What do I need to wear?
A: You will need to ensure with all of our activities that your wear appropriate footwear. Often old trainers or boots are ideal. During the colder months we recommend loose layered clothing which can be removed should it be required.
With many of our events we will supply your with coveralls for protection along with helmets, goggles and head protection should the event require.
